Here at Talonze.nl we do our very best to offer you a fine and discreet shopping experience. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with the product you have chosen and purchased, you can return it to us within 30 days of the invoice date.

However, you are personally responsible for the payment of the direct costs of returning the product, unless we have indicated in advance that you do not have to bear these costs.

1. Return product(s) for a refund

Send products via a Postal service point of your choice within a period of 30 days. You do this by following the steps below.
We ask you to take into account the following conditions for your return shipment:

You have a withdrawal period of 30 days from the day you purchased the product.

Processing time and refund
When a product has been returned for a refund, we will credit you the full amount (including costs charged for the forwarding) as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days. We will process refunds as soon as possible after you have indicated that you wish to return the product to us.

If we do not receive the return within 14 days after your notification, the refund will be made at the moment that we have actually received the product back or at the time that you can prove to have actually sent the product to us.

Refunds are made through the same payment method used for the settlement of the order. So: if you have paid with iDeal, we will refund the amount to your account via iDeal.
In the event that we have made a mistake at Talonze.nl with your order, we will also reimburse any return costs.


2. Return product(s) and exchange for another product

Unfortunately, direct exchange is a complex situation, therefore we only take back products and get the costs incurred. If you still want to exchange, you can simply place a new order. As soon as we have received your return shipment, you will be reimbursed for the costs incurred.


3. Return the product for warranty/repair

a) Within the 30 day withdrawal period
b) Outside the 30 day withdrawal period, but within the warranty period

a) Within the 30 day withdrawal period
In the case of repair under warranty, please send your invoice with the purchase date. Repairs under warranty are not processed without purchase invoice! We send your invoice with your order, you can also download it by logging in under "My orders".
After receiving your product, our experts will check whether the defect is covered by the warranty conditions. If this is the case, we reimburse your costs of the defective product. If the defect is not covered under warranty, you will receive a quotation from us for repair or replacement product.

b) Outside the 30 day withdrawal period, but within the warranty
For repairs under warranty outside the 30-day return period, you must contact our customer service, they will inform you if and when you can return the product.
